Pork Brocolli Recipe

This is another recipe that would warm the hearts of your loved ones. This dish has the mix of pork protein and vegetable nutrients which makes it a healthy and scrumptious meal to enjoy.

Pork Brocolli Recipe:


- 250 gms Pork Tenderloin
-     1 kg    Brocolli
-     1 tbsp flour
-     2 tbsp soy sauce
-     3 tbsp Oil
-     Salt
-     Water
-     1 Pork broth cube
-     1 Big red onion
-     4 cloves of garlic
-     10 grms ginger
-     Black pepper


1. Prepare the brocolli. (Get the flower and slice the stem)
2. Boil 1L of water. Add 1 tbsp of oil and 2 tbsp salt.
3. Add the brocolli in the boiling water. (If you choose to add the stem, put it in first for 5 minutes and then add the flower for another 5 minutes.)
4. Drain and set aside.
5. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
6. Add ginger, onion and garlic in the following manner.
7. Once golden, add the meat and 2 shakes of black pepper then saute until semi cooked.
8. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 pork broth cube then stir for 1 minute.
9. Add flour mixture (2 cups water and 1 tbsp flour)
10. Stir until the sauce becomes creamy and thick.
11. Add brocolli.
12. Serve hot and with rice!
